Southern Indian cuisine is very rice based. Rice is often combined with lentils. Curries and Dal’s  are more soupy then those from Northern India. However South India curries are hotter.

Here you will find nutritional balance, a blending of flavours, colours, seasoning, fragrance, taste and visually appealing dishes from Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu.


Bangladeshi cooking is a culinary art form  often mistaken for Indian food that is liked however. If you loved it, it was probably Bangladeshi.
